Les partenaires sont des associations et des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations de commer\u00e7ants, des municipalit\u00e9s, des chambres de commerce et des centres technologiques, chacun apportant ses connaissances et son exp\u00e9rience pour accompagner les commerces locaux dans leur transition vers la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque partenaire joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le projet :<\/p>\n<p><strong>La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration du Commerce de Gipuzkoa (FMG)<\/strong>, en tant que chef de file, assure la gestion du projet en veillant \u00e0 la bonne ex\u00e9cution des objectifs et \u00e0 la coordination financi\u00e8re. En outre, elle sera responsable de la r\u00e9alisation de 200 autodiagnostics et de l&rsquo;accompagnement en \u00e9conomie circulaire dans les commerces, en veillant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration du plan de travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La mairie de Pampelune<\/strong>, en tant que responsable de la communication, coordonne la diffusion du projet, assurant la visibilit\u00e9 de COMDUR et son impact sur le territoire. Elle sera \u00e9galement en charge de la r\u00e9alisation de 75 autodiagnostics et accompagnements dans les commerces et de la validation de la m\u00e9thodologie pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie circulaire dans le commerce local.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CEPYME HUESCA<\/strong>, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa connaissance du commerce local, encouragera la participation au projet, en diffusant des informations et en organisant des \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui contribuent \u00e0 la collaboration et \u00e0 l&rsquo;implication des commerces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La CCI Toulouse Haute-Garonne<\/strong>, outre sa connaissance du secteur du commerce de d\u00e9tail, dirigera la cr\u00e9ation des contenus et de la m\u00e9thodologie pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie circulaire dans les PME du commerce local, en apportant un soutien technique aux partenaires dans la mise en \u0153uvre de leurs parcours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FEDE Toulouse<\/strong>, avec son exp\u00e9rience en accompagnement du commerce local, validera la structuration des autodiagnostics et des m\u00e9thodologies de parcours, et sera en charge de 100 autodiagnostics et de l&rsquo;accompagnement de ces commerces \u00e0 la mise en place d&rsquo;actions d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie circulaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La CCI Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Orientales<\/strong>, en tant que repr\u00e9sentant du commerce sur son territoire, coordonnera 105 autodiagnostics et accompagnements, en veillant \u00e0 adapter les m\u00e9thodologies COMDUR aux besoins des entreprises locales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EURECAT<\/strong>, le centre technologique du projet, d\u00e9veloppera la plateforme num\u00e9rique pour \u00e9valuer le niveau de circularit\u00e9 de chaque commerce et proposer des parcours personnalis\u00e9s pour leur transition vers des mod\u00e8les plus durables. Il travaillera \u00e9galement sur la gamification des questionnaires et la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;outils d&rsquo;analyse de donn\u00e9es pour \u00e9valuer l&rsquo;impact du projet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gouvernement basque<\/strong>. <strong>D\u00e9partement du tourisme, du commerce et de la consommation.<\/strong> Direction du commerce. R\u00e9affirmant son engagement envers les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) de l&rsquo;Agenda 2030, il favorise la reconnaissance des structures engag\u00e9es, encourage une citoyennet\u00e9 inform\u00e9e et participative, en promouvant des espaces de d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration pour faire converger les efforts vers un avenir plus durable.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, <strong>COMDUR accompagnera plus de 650 commerces sur la voie de la durabilit\u00e9<\/strong>, en promouvant des strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9chets, \u00e0 encourager la r\u00e9utilisation et \u00e0 promouvoir les produits locaux. La coop\u00e9ration transfrontali\u00e8re est essentielle pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des solutions \u00e9volutives adapt\u00e9es aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales en Espagne et en France, garantissant une transformation r\u00e9elle et durable du commerce local.<\/p>\n<p>Les associ\u00e9s jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important car ils sont essentiels \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre et \u00e0 la diffusion du projet.
